Forklift Operation
Moving finished pallets from packaging lines and block stacking in the warehouse.
Picking required pallets of dry goods from the warehouse and bringing them into the packaging area.
Wrapping part pallets of unused dry goods
Removal of waste from packaging area (cardboard bins, glass bins, general rubbish)
General cleaning of the operating area
Packaging
Operate packaging machinery, such as conveyor belts and depalletizers to package products efficiently and to customer specifications.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and contamination.

Quality Assurance Officer
THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
Manage Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs including:
Good Manufacturing Process (GMP)
Glass/other hazard registers
Record and issue Supplier Non-Conformances
Record and issue Internal Non-Conformances
Ensure Document Control compliance across sites
Coordinate and execute Shelf-Life Testing with relevant team members.
Ensure adherence to the Non-Conforming Goods process & management of quarantine stock
THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
Concisely and accurately record all details of operations, tank volumes/dips, and batch numbers on cellar notes.
Using Caustic and Citric solutions safely conduct cleaning on tanks, hoses, fixed lines, and equipment.
Operate and monitor pumps, flowmeters, valves, and filtration equipment such as crossflow filters, centrifuges, or UV sterilizers as trained.
Perform some heaving lifting moving hoses, pumps, equipment, and raw materials around the worksite as required.
Read and understand all cellar note instructions to correctly carry out other cellar tasks including:
Wine, juice, cider, and beverage transfers and blending.
Dipping or measuring tank volumes from the tank farm catwalk.
Mixing and sparging beverages using CO2 and Nitrogen.
Loading and Unloading tankers and containers as requested.
Preparing additives, including accurate weighing of ingredients and record keeping.
