Idyll's First Team Day!

On Thursday, April 14th we held our first team event day across a morning and afternoon session. With around 160 staff employed at Idyll, a shift work schedule, two site locations and an array of departments including Packaging, Cellar, Warehouse, Admin, Production, QA, Laboratory, Sales, Marketing and Logistics, some staff members have never met one another. It was a great event full of lots of laughs as our crew got to hang out and enjoy the team building session with each another.

We started each session with plenty of food and drink, before completing some ice breaker questions, a company quiz, spot prizes and then things got competitive. We had an array of games including jenga, connect four, snakes and ladders, bocce, noughts + crosses, cornhole and kerplunk that our teams rotated through playing. It was fantastic to see members of the Idyll family across departments getting to know one another and really get involved in the team building session. We ended the session with chocolate Easter Bunny’s for all as our crew went off to enjoy the extra long Easter Weekend.
